My name is Ruwaida, and I am the chef for Royal Plate Catering. I grew up in a family that always incorporated an extra plate on the table. Hospitality is a value and tradition I’ve encompassed from a very young age through family feasts. Everyone gathering together at the table, opened my eyes and widened my perspective on the importance of food. It sparked an inspiration that I carry with me to this day. Not only did the varying notes of flavor encourage me to pursue a career in the art of cooking, but the laughs and smiles on loved ones elevated my determination to deliver food that not only tastes spectacular, but creates joy to those enjoying it.
