One of my biggest inspirations for pursuing cooking is my mother. I am the oldest of seven siblings, and the kitchen is where I love to spend my time. My mom taught me the basics of cooking, as she makes wonderful food herself. I picked up and began adding my own twists to ordinary dishes by adding creativity. This grew my passion and drove me to share my concoctions with those outside my household. Another experience that has helped me embark on this journey is traveling. By going to different countries, I familiarized myself with different cuisines, and this increased my passion for food and cooking as well.

My culture is very rich in fresh, organic vegetables and aromatic spices that really enhance the dish that is presented. Overtime, I began incorporating different spices from different cuisines and this expanded what I had learned from my mother. Going out of my comfort zone, really pushed me to take the Mediterranean fusion up a notch and combine it with a modern twist. My catering concept is: Home Style Cooking. Through my journey, I considered the difficulty that is presented with having time to cook fresh food at home with a busy lifestyle. Therefore, I wanted to share not only the taste of a homemade meal, but also the joy that tags along with it. Food brings us together, and that is why Royalty in every Bite, is my slogan.
